Our conformance target

This site targets Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at Level AA. That is the standard we build and test against, and it is the standard we will hold ourselves to when something is reported.

Several things on this site go past that target deliberately. Tap targets are built to 48 by 48 CSS pixels rather than the 24 pixel Level AA minimum, and the sticky call bar stays clear of the content it sits over rather than covering it.

What we have tested

Every page is rendered in a real browser at three viewport sizes and five interaction states before it ships: at rest, scrolled, with the menu open, with a call to action focused, and with every accordion open. An automated accessibility sweep runs over one page of each template type at both mobile and desktop widths.

Every FAQ answer, every table and every piece of body copy ships in the static HTML. Nothing on this site requires JavaScript to be readable, which matters for screen readers and for anyone on a slow connection.

Known gaps

Keyboard navigation, focus order and a screen reader pass over the call actions on every page type are reviewed by a person rather than only by a script, and that review is recorded per build. If you hit something that a script would not catch, telling us is the fastest route to a fix.

This site contains no video and no audio, so there are no captions or transcripts to provide. If that changes, this section changes with it.

Call (725) 337-3692 and say you are calling about the website. Describe what you were trying to do and what got in the way, and you will get a person rather than a ticket number.

If the site itself is the barrier, you never have to use it. Everything on here can be done on the phone, including describing the job and agreeing a price.
