Get a plumber on the way
One call reaches a person who does this work. Give us the address, what the symptom is and when it started, and you get the diagnostic fee as a figure before anyone is sent.
- Diagnostic fee stated before dispatch
- One number, agreed before work
- We come to you

Call and describe it
One call does it. If water is moving right now, shut the main off first, then call.

What to have ready
About a minute of detail changes what we can tell you on the call.
- The address and ZIP code, so we know which end of the valley you are on.
- What the symptom is, in your own words. "Water under the sink" beats a diagnosis.
- When it started, and anything already tried.
- On a water heater: gas or electric, and roughly how old it is.
- You get the diagnostic fee as a figure on the phone, before anyone is sent.
- Scope and price are agreed together, before any work starts.
- Water moving right now? Shut the main off first, then call and say so.
What happens when you call
You reach a person
You get someone who dispatches, not a phone tree and not a queue. Describe the symptom in your own words. That is what we act on.
On the callWe size it up
We confirm the address, ask what has already been tried, and give you the diagnostic fee as a figure before anyone is sent.
On that callYou decide
You hear the scope and the price together before anything starts. If the answer is no, nothing happens and you owe nothing further.

Why is there no address on this page?
Because we are a service area business rather than a storefront. We come to you, there is no counter to visit, and Google's own guidance is that a business which does not serve customers at its address should not publish one.
Publishing a street address we do not serve customers at would put this site out of step with that guidance and would give you a place to drive to that cannot help you. The phone number is the fastest way in.
What should I do before I call if water is coming out?
Shut the main off first, then call. The main shutoff is usually in a concrete box at the edge of the yard near the sidewalk, in the same box as the water meter, or on the wall where the supply enters the house.
If you cannot find it or cannot turn it, call anyway and say so on the phone. Knowing the water is still running changes how the call is handled.
What information helps most on the first call?
The address with the ZIP, what the symptom actually is in your own words, when it started, and whether anything has already been tried. If it is a water heater, the approximate age and whether it is gas or electric saves a step.
A photograph helps more than a description on anything visible. You can send one after we speak.
Do you charge to come out?
There is a diagnostic visit and it has a cost, which is stated as a figure on the call before anyone is dispatched. Across the trade that fee runs about $75 to $150 in normal hours, and an emergency or after hours dispatch commonly runs $150 to $350 or more.
Whether it is credited toward the repair is confirmed on the same call. You will never find out about a fee from an invoice.
What do you not do?
No air conditioning, no heating, no duct work, no appliance repair beyond the plumbing connection. If that is what you need, we are the wrong call and we will say so rather than sending someone.
We also do not do septic system permitting, which is handled by the Southern Nevada Health District for properties without sewer service.
