Every price range published anywhere on this site is a third party market figure, and the source is named beside it. These are published Las Vegas or national cost guide ranges collected in September 2026.

Accuracy of published information
The local facts on this site cite the body that published them, including the Las Vegas Valley Water District, the US Census Bureau, Clark County, the Southern Nevada Water Authority and the Nevada State Contractors Board. Those sources change their own figures from time to time.
