What we have deliberately not claimed

This site publishes no contractor license number, no star rating, no review count, no years in business figure, no guarantee, no warranty term, no financing offer and no discount. That is not an oversight.

None of those has been verified for publication on this site. Rather than print an unverified credential, we have left every one of them off, and each will be published with its source when it has been checked.

Any claim you see anywhere on this site about the water, the housing stock, the permitting process or market prices carries a link to the body that published it. Claims about this company do not appear at all unless they are verifiable.

Check any contractor yourself

Nevada plumbing contractors hold a Nevada State Contractors Board C-1 license, with C-1d covering plumbing. The Board runs a free public license search by license number, company name or principal, and a separate public disciplinary search.

Use them before you let any contractor touch a gas line, a slab or a sewer lateral, including us.

Photographs on this site are generated illustrations of the conditions being described, and every one carries a caption saying so. None of them is a photograph of work performed by this company.

Charts are drawn from the data sources named on them. When real job photographs are approved for publication they will replace the illustrations and will be captioned as our own work.

Price ranges are published third party market figures with their source named, collected in September 2026. They are not quotes, not offers, and not our price list.

Safety

If you smell gas, leave the building and call the gas utility before you call anyone else. If water is actively flowing, shut off the main before you do anything else.
